Does Not Work with Kaiser MRI - Bad Customer Support

This app did not work with my Kaiser MRI. It would only show the apps help page. The Customer Support asked me for my MRI, and I did not want to send that information to a person who was not my neurologist. I sent a screen shot of what opened for me instead, which CS told we showed the app working. I wrote back that that it was not working because I couldnt see my MRI. I also asked for a refund of my $0.99. I never got a response back.
