Unicode Support

This app is really good. It opens chm files encoded in unicode and other charsets, such as cp-1256. But "Contents" and "Index" sidebars dont support unicode and encodings other than latin-based. For example, Arabic or cp-1256 text appears in alien characters in the sidebar.
